What test do I need to travel to Cyprus?

1.  Passengers are not allowed to enter:

This does not apply to:

  • nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland;

  • residents of Cyprus;

  • passengers arriving from Andora, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See);

  • passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA or Vatican City (Holy See).   • passengers with a digital EU Digital COVID Recovery certificate with a positive COVID-19 test taken at most 180 days before departure;

  • passengers who have recovered from COVID-19 who have a digital EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC) showing that they received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

2. Passengers are not allowed to enter if in the past 14 days they have been in or transited through India.

This does not apply to:

  • nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden;
  • residents of Cyprus.

3. Passengers must complete their application for a Cyprus Flight Pass at most 48 hours before the departure at https://www.cyprusflightpass.gov.cy

4. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure.

This does not apply to:

  • passengers younger than 12 years;

     

  • passengers arriving from Jordan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates;

     

  • nationals and residents of Cyprus if arriving from Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See);

     

  • passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA or Vatican City (Holy See).   • passengers with a digital EU COVID certificate showing that they recovered from COVID-19. The certificate must be issued at most 180 days after the positive test result;
    - passengers who have recovered from COVID-19 who have a digital EU Digital COVID Certificate (EU DCC) showing that they received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

5. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival at their own expense and quarantine for up to 14 days. More details can be found at
